Monovalent salt forms of drugs are more soluable than divalent salt forms.
For example you will absorb more of theophylline potassium glycinate, than theophylline calcium salicylate.

As a pharmacy student, I am constantly being taught new things. With everything I'm learning, it seemed selfish not to share at least one new thing per day. These things may not always be 100% "accurate", but they are the opinions of highly educated pharmacists
